Kagan tribe lass bags Hiyas’ Best in Talent

DAVAO CITY – A candidate from Kagan tribe bagged the Best in Talent award as the 10 Hiyas sa Kadayawan bets showcased their talents at the Gaisano Mall of Davao on August 15. Hannah Catucag, 21, of Barangay 9-A, Aan Rafael, Muslim Village Area, Davao City, was declared best in talent.
